血小板相关参数在射血分数保留型心力衰竭临床应用中的研究进展

摘要

射血分数保留型心力衰竭(HFpEF)约占全球心衰病例的一半,其特征是症状负担显著、预后不良及有限的治疗手段,且该病临床辅助检查特征不明显,在诊治过程中易被忽视。其病理生理机制不仅限于左心室,还涉及血管、心肌、代谢和炎症通路,这些因素与通路共同作用,最终导致舒张功能障碍及心肌重塑。近年来,研究显示血小板相关参数,如血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板压积(PCT)等在HFpEF的病情评估与预后预测中有一定的作用。HFpEF的病理生理及其临床症状以炎症为特征,而血小板是炎症反应的重要参与者。本文总结了血小板相关参数在HFpEF中的临床应用进展。
