传统手工与数字化印模技术的精度与效果:研究进展与临床应用评价

摘要

本文系统综述了传统手工与数字化口内扫描印模技术的精准度差异及其临床应用。分析表明,数字化技术在单位牙冠修复中,尤其在边缘与内部适应性上,常显示出精度优势,且显著提升患者舒适度与效率。然而,在全口修复、种植多单位桥等复杂病例中,传统印模在某些指标上仍具竞争力或可靠性。综述指出,两种技术各具优势,其选择应基于具体的修复类型、口腔条件及患者需求。未来的发展将依赖于技术的进一步优化、标准化扫描协议的建立以及完全数字化工作流程的整合。
