新进护士护理缺失影响因素及应对方式的质性研究
摘要
依据。方法 采用目的性抽样法于2022年1月—8月对16名湖南省新进护士进行半结构式访谈,并运用内容分析法对访谈
资料进行分析。结果 从访谈结果中提炼出3个主题,新进护士发生护理缺失的影响因素包含知晓率、工作负荷与工作能
力等层面,应对方式包含合理配置人力资源及规范岗前培训等。结论 新进护士护理缺失的发生来源于多因素,需要医
院管理部门、科室管理者与新进护士本身等多方的共同努力,提升新进护士护理质量、降低护理缺失发生率。
