延边地区上颌第一前磨牙髓腔形态的 CBCT 研究
摘要
集延边大学附属医院口腔科患者CBCT图像，共计235例（朝鲜族108例，汉族127例）。将这些患者分为三个年龄段：15~35
岁年龄组、36~55岁年龄组、和＞55岁年龄组。分别测量髓腔高度、颈部髓腔宽度、牙尖到髓室顶的距离、根管口间距，
并进行统计学分析。结果 上颌第一前磨牙根管口距离及牙尖到髓室顶距离在不同性别间差异具有统计学意义（P <
0.05）。另外，随着年龄的增长，髓室高度、髓室宽度、根管口距离、牙尖到髓室顶距离都会减小，其中髓室宽度及牙
尖到髓室顶的距离差异具有明显统计学意义（P < 0.05）。朝鲜族与汉族在颈部髓室宽度上的差异具有统计学意义（P <
0.05）。结论 延边地区上颌第一前磨牙髓腔解剖形态在朝鲜族和汉族之间存在一定差异；不同性别间也存在统计学意义；
髓腔具有增龄性变化。
