肿瘤患者卡培他滨致手足综合征干预效果的 Meta 分析
摘要
Web of Science、The Cochrane Library等数据库卡培他滨致ＨＦＳ的相关措施。检索时限：数据库建立—2025.6.1。使用
Jadad量表评价文献的质量，使用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 最终纳入14项随机对照研究，共633名研究对象。
Meta分析结果显示，应用中药治疗卡培他滨药物所致手足综合征的临床疗效[OR=3.50，95%CI（2.63，4.66），P<0.001]
优于对照组，且差异均具有统计学意义。应用西药治疗卡培他滨所致手足综合征临床疗效[OR=3.99，95%CI（2.45，6.50），
P<0.001]优于对照组，差异具有统计显著性。结论 系统总结了14种治疗方法，分为中、西医治疗两大类，均证明对卡
培他滨致手足综合征有较好的疗效。
