两例高度相似但预后不同的青少年型残余性青光眼
摘要
两例患者均接受房角镜辅助内路小梁切开术（GATT），病例 1 术后左眼眼压波动于 30 mmHg（最高 46.7 mmHg），最终
再次入院行左眼青光眼引流阀植入术；病例 2 术后双眼眼压控制良好（9.5 mmHg → 15.8 mmHg），无需二次手术。通过
对比分析，本文强调了术前评估小梁网结构的重要性，并提出了个体化手术方案的选择策略。
