PBL 结合网络媒体对眼科住院医师规范化培训的英语教学探讨
摘要
群学习,探究此方式对眼科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称:住培)学员对眼科专业英语学习的效果。方法:选取 2024 年
8 月至 2025 年 8 月在西安市第四医院眼科住培学员 30 名,随机分为实验组(n=15)采用 PBL 教学法结合线上教学方式,
对照组(n=15)采用临床传统授课结合线上教学方式。两组在西安市第四医院眼科规范化培训期后,分别在学习兴趣、理
论知识、学习效率、知识面、问题解决、医患沟通这 6 个维度进行问卷调查。结果:实验组与对照组相比,在理论知识、
学习效率、知识面,这 3 个维度得分显著升高且有显著性差异(P < 0.05)。在学习兴趣、问题解决能力、医患沟通能力,
3 个维度上,尽管实验组得分亦略高于对照组,但无显著性差异(P > 0.05)。结论:PBL 教学法结合线上教学对住培学员
提高学习效率、夯实理论知识、拓宽知识面有较强的促进作用,而对更复杂语言输出能力,尚需进一步探索及教学策略延伸。
