肝癌肿瘤标志物的研究进展及应用前景

摘要

肝癌是我国常见恶性肿瘤之一,起病隐匿、进展较快,部分患者确诊时已处于中晚期,早期筛查和预后评估仍是临床诊疗中的重点问题。甲胎蛋白虽为目前应用较广的肝癌血清标志物,但其敏感性和特异性存在一定局限,难以完全满足早期诊断、疗效监测及风险分层需求。近年来,随着分子生物学、蛋白质组学、转录组学和代谢组学技术的发展,非编码RNA、锌指和同源框2、蛋白激酶RNA样内质网激酶等新兴分子逐渐受到关注,并在肝癌发生发展、侵袭转移、耐药调控及预后判断中显示出潜在价值。本文围绕肝癌相关肿瘤标志物的研究进展进行综述,分析其临床应用前景,以期为肝癌早期诊断、联合检测及个体化治疗提供参考。
