延边地区下颌前磨牙根管弯曲度的测量
摘要
130例延边地区患者被纳入研究，其中包括242颗下颌第一前磨牙和228颗下颌第二前磨牙，在CBCT图像测量中颊面观
及邻面观弯曲度。结果 下颌第一前磨牙颊面观平均弯曲度为 9.2°，下颌第二前磨牙颊面观平均弯曲度为 7.5°。两牙
邻面观弯曲度均显著小于颊面观（P < 0.01），两牙颊面观弯曲度差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。结论 下颌前磨牙根管
弯曲多发生于根中及根尖 1/3，冠 1/3 弯曲罕见。颊面观弯曲度显著大于邻面观，提示单一投照方向可能低估弯曲程
度，临床操作中需关注其器械应力集中与操作风险。
