骨髓间充质干细胞外泌体在糖尿病肾病中的作用机制

摘要

糖尿病肾病(DKD)是糖尿病常见的微血管并发症,也是终末期肾病的重要原因。虽然传统治疗能够延缓疾病进展,但
难以逆转肾损伤。骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSC)来源的外泌体(BMSC-Exos)作为一种新型无细胞疗法,显示出显著的
肾脏保护作用。本综述总结了BMSC-Exos的生物学特性及其在DKD中的作用机制,包括抗炎、抗纤维化、抑制氧化应
激、调控细胞凋亡和自噬等。尽管临床应用仍处于初步阶段,其低免疫原性和高效递送特性使其成为DKD治疗的有前
景策略。未来需进一步优化提取标准化并评估安全性,以促进临床转化。
