个别牙扭转矫治方法的进展

点与难点。目前，前牙与后牙扭转的定量评估、分级标准尚未统一，复发风险防控及保持策略也缺乏高质量证据支持。
本文从生物力学要点出发，指出矫治核心为施加纯旋转力偶，需通过控制力矩比（M/F）与作用点方向调整旋转中心轨
迹（CRot），且偶力设计需结合牙体解剖与力系方向个体化实施，不同牙齿运动形式对应不同牙周膜最佳应力/应变窗口。
