帕立骨化醇治疗维持性血液透析患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的疗效
摘要
SHPT 患者的临床资料,按照治疗的差异进行分组,分为治疗组(帕立骨化醇)30 例,对照组(骨化三醇)30 例,比较两
组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率 93.33% 显著高于对照组 73.33% 的总有效率(P < 0.05);治疗后 12 周患者碱性磷
酸酶水平无显著差异(P > 0.05),治疗组血清钙水平较对照组上升不显著(P < 0.05),治疗组血清磷水平较对照组有所
下降(P < 0.05)。结论 : 帕立骨化醇及骨化三醇都可降低 iPTH,但帕立骨化醇在疗效上更显著,较小程度影响血清钙磷
水平,且骨化三醇可造成钙的显著升高,进一步加重相关并发症,临床上治疗血液透析 SHPT 患者时可优先选用帕立骨化
醇治疗。
