微藻创新引领食品健康产业转型

摘要

全球正面临营养失衡的“双重负担”、传统农业体系的资源压力以及消费者对健康食品需求的持续升级等严峻挑战。
微藻因其营养全面、生产高效可持续的特性,成为应对这些挑战的重要战略资源之一。本文旨在探讨微藻在功能性食品领
域的创新路径,通过生物技术创新提升品质与功效;开发多元化终端产品以满足精准营养需求;并分析政策支持对产业发
展的关键作用。研究表明,大力发展微藻产业对构建可持续、健康的未来食品体系具有重要战略价值。
