尺骨冠突骨折中 Regan-Morrey 骨折分型的研究进展
摘要
期肘关节的稳定性。通过查阅近年来国内外关于肘关节 " 恐怖三联征 " 中尺骨冠状突骨折的治疗方式的相关文献 , 发现对肘
关节 " 恐怖三联征 " 中尺骨冠状突骨折处理方式主要是手术治疗及保守治疗。手术方式主要采用内固定和尺骨冠突置换 , 保
守治疗主要是石膏或小夹板等外固定治疗 , 早期功能锻炼。两种治疗方式各有其优缺点 , 多数可获得满意疗效。本文通过总
结关于肘关节 " 恐怖三联征 " 中尺骨冠突骨折的 Regan-Morrey 分型背后的力学原理、损伤机制的研究及治疗进展 , 分析进
一步的研究方向 , 为临床治疗提供借鉴。
