老年急性髓系白血病药物治疗进展

摘要 / Abstract
急性髓系白血病（Acute myeloid leukemia，AML）是一种常见的血液系统恶性肿瘤，随着联合化疗、去甲基化治疗、分 子靶向治疗等治疗手段的进步，AML患者的治疗疗效有所提高，但总体长期生存率仍不高。患者预后取决于多种因素， 包括年龄、遗传学改变、合并症及治疗的反应。本文综述了老年急性髓系白血病患者药物治疗的新进展，包括靶向治疗、 和免疫治疗等方面的研究进展和临床应用情况，旨在为临床医生提供最新的治疗信息和未来研究方向。
